As I told everyone on the Announcement Box inside the submitter and also in the email I sent out to everyone, I am in the process of moving the submitter to a new server.  This move is necessary for us to be able to access the safelists of several of the larger safelist hosts such as Woodoggie and SafelistSmart.

Sorry for the downtime but it will allow us to submit to more safelists. We will be back up and running again soon!
